Change Summary:

3.5.2c includes the latest version of the DCF (3.3.58c), which provides
a way to recompress images to fix bad Huffman Coding coefficients.

Note on 3.5.1c:
3.5.1c includes several enhancements and fixes to issues in 3.5.0c.
There are several UI enhancements to Switchboard, and several modifications
to the installation process, making upgrading in the future easier.
Additionally, from 3.5.1c and forward only 64 bit Windows and Linux operating
systems will be supported.

Note on 3.5.0c:
3.5.0c release represents the first release of Switchboard using advanced
filtering capabilities.

Important changes from previous releases:

Underlying Switchboard functionality is now performed using the Java
Runtime environment which allows easier filtering and additional
plugin capabilities not present in previous versions.

19819	update_switchboard.pl script issues

Fixed issues with update_switchboard.pl script where the selected Mapping Rule group from the original installation was not selected in the new installation.  Also fixed a problem where files with periods in their names were being changed incorrectly.

21408	Integrate DCF 3.3.58c into Switchboard 

Updated to use DCF 3.3.58c - this includes a fix for invalid Huffman Coding coefficients and provides a way to re-encode such images via recompressing the image data.
