RSNA 2008 Busiest Ever for Laurel Bridge
Laurel Bridge Software had a very successful RSNA 2008, with booth traffic higher than 2007, keeping our engineers very busy giving demonstrations of our DICOM software product line, including the DICOM Connectivity Framework programmer toolkit, Switchboard DICOM dataset router, filter and monitor, Exodus migration controller, Compass store gateway, and Mercury Archive Engine. We renewed old business friendships and started many new ones with colleagues from the States and overseas, many of who we hope to see at HIMSS 2009 (booth 3713) in Chicago in April, 2009, and again for next year's  RSNA 2009.

DCF - Version 3.3.0c of the DICOM Connectivity Framework Released for Windows, Linux and Solaris
Laurel Bridge announces the release of DCF version 3.3.0c. Improvements were made to several DICOM server applications and association listeners in the DICOM toolkit and to support for reading and writing very large DICOM non-pixel-data elements. Support has been expanded support for the 2008 DICOM Standard and a variety of safety, performance and fault tolerance functionality has been improved.

Product Line Includes Support for 2008 DICOM Standard
Support for the 2008 DICOM Standard has been incorporated into the Laurel Bridge Software product line, including the DICOM Connectivity Framework (DCF) toolkit and complete range of DICOM gateway, router and migration products. Development and refinement of products to support the new standard will continue, with major releases expected for Q3 and Q4 2008.

DCF - Version 3.2.0c of the DICOM Connectivity Framework Released for Windows, Linux and Solaris
Laurel Bridge announced the release of DCF version 3.2.0c. In addition to now incorporating and using JAI 1.1.3 into the DICOM Connectivity Framework, this version of the DICOM toolkit has significantly enhanced configuration options, codec improvements for JPEG and JPEG2000, and a number of important improvements in all supported language versions (C#, Java, C++).

Laurel Bridge Exhibits at SIIM 2008
Laurel Bridge traveled to Seattle, Washington for the 2008 Annual Meeting of the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM 2008), from May 15 to 18, 2008. The annual SIIM event is a scientific and educational meeting and the preeminent educational forum and technical exhibition in image and information interpretation and management.

Laurel Bridge has booth at HIMSS 2008
Laurel Bridge Software exhibited at HIMSS 2008 in Orlando, February 24-28, 2008. Visitors to booth #1671 received information on our products, live demonstrations of our toolkits and applications, and met our DICOM engineers. Information was provided on our complete product line, including the DICOM Connectivity Framework programmer toolkit with support including Java, C#, C++, Windows and Linux, DICOM SwitchboardTM dataset router, filter and monitor, ExodusTM for archive migration and DICOM PACS migration, CompassTM, and the Mercury Archive EngineTM for rapid OEMing of DICOM store archives and DICOM PACS.

Successful RSNA 2007 for Laurel Bridge
RSNA 2007 was a great success for Laurel Bridge Software. The Laurel Bridge booth was exceptionally busy as our engineers demonstrated the latest offerings in our product line, including the DICOM Connectivity Framework programmer toolkit, DICOM SwitchboardTM dataset router, filter and monitor, Laurel Bridge Migration Controller, DICOM Store GatewayTM, and Mercury Archive Engine. We all enjoyed meeting new and old business colleagues alike from across the country and around the world, and look forward to renewing those connections at HIMSS 2008 (booth 1671) in Orlando in February and at SIIM 2008 in Seattle in May 2008, and again next year at RSNA 2008.
