Laurel Bridge Software and O-Tech presented a live web conference about PACS migration on Tuesday, May 25th, 2010 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM CST (11:00 AM New York and 8:00 AM San Francisco). This seminar discussed the different types of PACS migrations, as well as challenges and issues with regard to the migration of primarily DICOM data formats. Lessons learned from performing many past migrations as well as strongly recommended best practices were covered. This seminar enables attendees to be prepared in case they face a future migration, which will very likely be unavoidable as many institutions are facing these issues when replacing and/or upgrading their PACS system. Laurel Bridge announces the release of DCF version 3.3.4c. This release of the DICOM Connectivity Framework focuses on the C# version, with some updates to the Java version, and includes the addition of new DICOM filtering capabilities and a variety of other feature enhancements and improvements.
