The Options type exposes the following members.

The creation mode may be 0 (create empty), 1 (create if empty or invalid), or 2 (replace existing).

| InputPath |
The path to the input DICOM file.

| OutputPath |
The output path of the DICOM file to be written. Existing file will be overwritten.

| TransferSyntax |
The output transfer syntax to use when writing the output DICOM file out, which will be the same as the input
transfer syntax if unspecified.
