The main entry point for ImageViewer. The program takes an optional override configuration file and
an optional filename to open. The override file may also be specified by creating a configuration
file in the same directory as the executable with a file type of ".dcfcfg". Note that ImageViewer
uses the OpenJpeg codecs for the J2k lossless (.90) and lossy (.91) transfer syntax codecs.
